India, June 15 -- According to a 2024 Harvard Medical School report, yoga can reduce stress, increase the production of endorphins and elevate GABA (a chemical associated with decreased anxiety). Yoga postures (asanas) can also improve flexibility, balance, strength, and overall physical fitness. As per experts, yoga practices like meditation and pranayama can further enhance cognitive function and even lead to better academic performance.
