New Delhi, May 17 -- In the first major bureaucratic reshuffle under the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Delhi, 42 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and DANICS officers were transferred on Friday, including chief minister Rekha Gupta's special secretary Ravi Jha, a 2011 batch IAS officer, who has now been posted as excise commissioner. According to a May 16 order from the services department, transport commissioner Prashant Goyal has been appointed additional chief secretary (ACS) of the urban development department.
