India, Jan. 29 -- Knowing what's healthy doesn't always mean life makes it easy to follow it. Stress, long work hours and emotional burnout can quietly take over. Kevin Gendreau, MD, a 38-year-old physician from Fall River, Massachusetts, experienced this firsthand.
