Dehradun, Oct. 27 -- The second and final day of the 9th Edition of the Valley of Words (VoW) Festival unfolded in the Doon Valley with creativity and celebration flowing through every corner. The day's highlight was the grand finale of the REC VoW Book Awards 2025, which honoured the finest in literature, performance, and thought.
