Dehradun, Feb. 4 -- Workshop on 'One Nation, One Code' held at Graphic Era

Dehradun, 3 Feb: Senior Superintendent of Police Ajai Singh said today that the Uniform Civil Code safeguards the personal rights of individuals. He urged the students to raise awareness about UCC in public.

SSP Ajai Singh was addressing students at the Graphic Era Silver Jubilee Convention Centre, here, today. During this workshop on the 'One Nation, One Code', he said that, over time, society witnesses many trends. Taking these changes into consideration, UCC has been implemented in the state.
