Dehradun, Feb. 22 -- BJP National Co-Treasurer and Rajya Sabha MP, Naresh Bansal has welcomed Uttarakhand's first-ever budget exceeding Rs 1 lakh crores, calling it a roadmap for a self-reliant state poised to become a national leader.
