Rishikesh, 1 Feb: THDC India Limited successfully concluded the 31st Inter-Central Power Sector Undertakings (ICPSU) Chess Tournament, organised under the aegis of the Power Sports Control Board (PSCB), Ministry of Power, Government of India, on 31 January at THDC India Limited.
