Dehradun, Feb. 15 -- In the presence of Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd), the Vice Chancellor of Sobhan Singh Jeena University, Prof Satpal Singh Bisht, gave a presentation at the Raj Bhavan on the progress of research being conducted under the "One University-One Research" initiative. The university is conducting research on the topic "Centre of Excellence in GIS".
