Dehradun, April 9 -- An extended Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting of the Congress party and a national convention, titled Maha-Adhiveshan, are set to take place on 8 and 9 April in Ahmedabad. Prominent Congress leaders from Uttarakhand, including state president Karan Mahra, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat, Leader of the Opposition Yashpal Arya, former state presidents Ganesh Godiyal and Pritam Singh, and former cabinet minister Harak Singh Rawat, have left for Gujarat to participate in the session.
