Dehradun, Feb. 15 -- Retired District Horticulture Officer Yogendra Singh Chaudhary today strongly refuted the claims made by Horticulture Minister Ganesh Joshi while indicting him for alleged irregularities in procurement of planting material by the Horticulture Department.
