Dehradun, 13 Jan: Dr Anil Singh, Chairman and Head of MIND, Max Hospital, Dehradun, today released two new books by internationally acclaimed and much-loved Indian author Ruskin Bond - Indian Folk Tales and A Garland of Memories - at a brief ceremony held at the hospital.
