Roorkee, Feb. 12 -- The Department of Commerce and Finance at Quantum University recently concluded 'Budget Conclave '26', a two-day academic event that encouraged students to closely examine the Union Budget 2026 and its wider impact on the economy, industry, and academia.

Held on 9-10 February at Harmony Hall, F-Block, the conclave was designed to move beyond textbook learning. Instead of simply reading budget headlines, students were asked to break them down, question them, and understand what they actually mean in practice.
