Dehradun, 16 Dec: Professor Durgesh Pant, Director General of the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST), has been conferred the "Uttarakhand Gaurav Samman 2025" by the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI).

Pant received the honour for his 'outstanding leadership in science, research, and innovation for elevating Devbhoomi Uttarakhand to new heights of scientific progress and technical development, and for his unique contributions to fostering a culture of scientific research and investigation among the youth'.
