Dehradun, Nov. 14 -- The Government of India, in coordination with various state agencies, has successfully rescued and repatriated young men trafficked for cybercrime from Myanmar. Among them, approximately 21 individuals are residents of Uttarakhand. These individuals were brought back to Uttarakhand and handed over to their families by the Cyber Crime Police STF Uttarakhand team, under the direction of Inspector General of Police, Cyber Crime/STF Uttarakhand, Nilesh Anand Bharne, and led by Assistant Superintendent of Police Kush Mishra, in coordination with the I4C Centre, Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
