Dehradun, May 28 -- Residents and members of the Matawala Bagh Hanuman Mandir Sangharsh Samiti, on Sunday, staged a peaceful protest outside Gandhi Park on Rajpur Road, expressing frustration over the lack of police action following the demolition of a historic temple and wrestling arena at Matawala Bagh on 16 March.
Speaking to Garhwal Post, the committee members have warned the administration of continued agitation in protest against the administration and the police inaction in the demolition case despite past assurances in this regard.
