Dehradun, Sept. 18 -- Dehradun witnessed severe waterlogging and disaster-like conditions in several parts of the city following heavy rainfall last night. With rivers and drains swelling beyond their limits, the Rispana and Bindal rivers caused damage to houses, retaining walls, bridges, shops and residential areas situated along their banks. The Dehradun Municipal Corporation also lent a significant hand in rescue and relief operations throughout today in the city.
