Dehradun, 3 Sep: Municipal Commissioner Namami Bansal carried out a surprise inspection in the Raipur locality this morning, where she discovered a large amount of garbage scattered across the area and found that daily garbage collection was not being executed in a satisfactory manner.

She expressed strong displeasure at witnessing the widespread litter and stated that the state of affairs is extremely serious.
