Dehradun, 5 Jan: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi today participated as the Chief Guest in the Sixth Provincial Triennial Convention of the Retired State Pensioners' Organisation, held at a private hotel in Dharampur, Dehradun. On this occasion, he formally inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp. During the event, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi also honoured senior members.
