Dehradun, Nov. 18 -- Attacking the Uttarakhand Congress, Minister Joshi said that the party has handed over the reins of the state to a person who lost the election from his own assembly constituency. The state president of the Congress does not know how long he will remain in office. Joshi asserted that the people of Mussoorie have been observing for the past 13 years who has been serving them tirelessly. In 2027, the BJP will once again form a full-majority government in Uttarakhand. Encouraging the workers, Minister Joshi said that the victory in the 2027 assembly elections will begin from Mussoorie.
