Dehradun, Jan. 31 -- A memorandum was sent to the District Magistrate of Dehradun through the Sub-Divisional Magistrate on Friday by Councillor Amit Bhatt, regarding the 'serious administrative mismanagement; prevailing at the Mussoorie Tehsil office.

Councillor Amit Bhatt stated that a Patwari (revenue officer) has not been appointed at the Mussoorie Tehsil office for more than a month, due to which almost all revenue-related work has come to a standstill. Work on important documents such as land certificates, income, caste, residence, and inheritance certificates is pending, causing immense difficulties for the general public.
