DEHRADUN, 23 Aug: A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed on Saturday between Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences and the Ex-CAPF Personnel Association to provide treatment at concessional rates. Under this MoA, retired paramilitary forces personnel, serving members, and their dependents will receive medical and surgical facilities at CGHS-approved rates.

As part of the MoA, paramilitary personnel and non-CGHS dependents will be entitled to OPD and IPD consultations, diagnostic tests, surgeries, cancer treatments, and bed facilities at prescribed rates.
