Dehradun, Oct. 17 -- The third and final day of Himpravah concluded with the vibrant celebration of Mandaan. The evening came alive with the colours and rhythms of Uttarakhand's traditional folk dances and Jagar performances, filling the atmosphere with cultural energy and enthusiasm.

Earlier, Joint CEO of Uttarakhand Film Development Council, Nitin Upadhyay, who attended the event as the Chief Guest, said that programs like Himpravah play an important role in reviving Uttarakhand's film industry and single-screen cinema culture.
