Dehradun, 15 Sep: The Indian-Norwegian Information and Cultural Forum organised a special event on Hindi Diwas in Norway. During the ceremony, Forum President Suresh Chandra Shukla announced the conferring of the prestigious 'Spiel Sanskriti Samman' upon Padma Shri awardee and Dehradun resident Dr Bhupendra Kumar Singh Sanjay for his outstanding contribution to culture and literature.

In his address, Dr Sanjay recited his poem, "Viksit Bharat Dhyey Hamara". Through his verses, he appealed to the Indian diaspora to actively contribute towards realising the vision of Viksit Bharat, an initiative spearheaded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, thereby strengthening their bond with the motherland.
