Dehradun, March 20 -- Honey extraction commenced for this season at the Chief Minister's residence complex here, today, with the extraction of 57 kilograms of honey in the first phase. This year, the target has been set at approximately 200 kilograms.
Taking up beekeeping as a pilot project, the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed the Horticulture Department to organise a Honey Festival, where all bee-derived products will be showcased. Additionally, a fixed annual date for the festival will be determined soon.
