Dehradun, Feb. 1 -- In a significant step towards strengthening rural livelihoods and promoting local products, the Uttarakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti (UGVS) has partnered with Indian Oil Corporation Limited to expand HILANS outlets across the state. The initiative, part of Indian Oil's Non-Fuel Retail strategy, will see rural entrepreneurs supported under the Rural Enterprise Acceleration Programme (REAP) operated HILANS outlets and cafes at select retail locations.
