Dehradun, 17 Jan: On the occasion of the 69th birth anniversary of the Late Dr Mukti Bhatnagar, a dignified memorial, tribute, and cultural programme was organized at the Dr Mukti Bhatnagar Subharti School of Fine Arts and Fashion Design, Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University in Dehradun (under the aegis of the MTV Buddhist Religious and Charitable Trust). The event witnessed the participation of eminent personalities, scholars, artists, and a large number of students associated with education, art, culture, and social service.
