Dehradun, May 3 -- Gujarat and Maharashtra State Foundation Days were celebrated on Thursday at the Raj Bhavan Auditorium, here. Under the theme "Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat", the event at Raj Bhavan witnessed Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) extending heartfelt greetings on behalf of the people of Uttarakhand to the residents of Gujarat and Maharashtra. On this occasion, folk songs, dances, and various cultural performances were presented by members of both states.
