Dehradun, 14 Jul: Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) released two coffee table books based on Vasantotsav-2025 at the Raj Bhavan here on Monday. The first book, titled "Flower of Economic Bloom: Vasantotsav-2025", has been prepared by Doon University, while the second, "Spring Festival-2025", has been brought out by the Horticulture Department.

These books beautifully present the essence of the Vasantotsav celebrations held at Raj Bhavan in 2025, featuring rich information and vibrant photographs. On this occasion, the Governor also felicitated the students, faculty members, and officials who contributed to the creation of these publications.
