Dehradun, 11 Jan: It is a matter of great pride for the Secondary Education Department of Uttarakhand that Dr Bhagwati Prasad Maindoli, Staff Officer at the State Project Office, Samagra Shiksha Uttarakhand, has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the 12th Convocation Ceremony of Lovely Professional University (LPU), Phagwara, Punjab.

The convocation ceremony, held at the university campus, witnessed Dr Maindoli being conferred the doctoral degree by Mary Elizabeth Truss, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
