Dehradun, May 1 -- District Magistrate Savin Bansal continues to uphold the tradition of public service by personally listening to the grievances of citizens in his office every day. Following the model of Janata Diwas, he has regularly issued prompt instructions to the officials concerned for a timely resolution of problems and ensures continuous follow-up. Each day, approximately 40 to 50 complainants approach the DM with their issues, and most leave with on the spot solutions to their concerns.
