Dehradun, 29 Nov: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today welcomed delegates and volunteers from across the country who have arrived in Dehradun for the 71st National Convention of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) at Gandhi Park.
