DEHRADUN, 27 Dec: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Saturday offered floral tributes and fondly remembered the first Chief Minister of the state, late Nityanand Swami, at the Chief Minister's residence on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
