Dehradun, Jan. 10 -- As was indicated by Garhwal Post that the government is seriously considering ordering a CBI Inquiry into the Ankita Bhandari murder case, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, today, finally recommended a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry into the case. The CM stated that the decision has been taken while fully respecting the request and sentiments of Ankita's parents. He also reiterated that the objective of the state government has always been and will continue to be, to ensure justice in a fair, transparent and sensitive manner from beginning to end.
