Dehradun, 25 Jun: Social activist and member of the BJP Ravindra Jugran has said that all political parties-ruling and opposition alike, the Election Commission, and all concerned stakeholders must engage in discussions and build consensus to hold the three-tier panchayat elections after the monsoon season concludes.

He pointed out that since the matter is also under consideration by the High Court, it would be appropriate to suggest to the court that elections should not be conducted during the monsoon period.
