Dehradun, 3 Sep: State BJP Media In-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan today called the Congress's protest outside the BJP office a flop show and claimed it was merely a predetermined programme based on a fake script, of which the public is well aware. The reality of this script is known to the common people as well as Congressmen themselves.

Chauhan said that the survey by the National Annual Report and Index is data from a private company and has no connection with the Centre or the National Women's Commission. He insisted that private surveys cannot determine statistics related to women's safety. The State Women's Commission and the Centre have also denied any such data or survey.
