Dehradun, 7 Jan: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami joined a memorial service at the Harbans Kapoor Memorial Community Hall in Garhi Cantt today to commemorate the 80th birth anniversary of the late BJP leader, Harbans Kapoor. The CM offered floral tributes to the leader's photograph and said Harbans Kapoor remained an enduring inspiration whose distinctive approach to work would light the path for generations ahead.
