CHAPAWAT, May 12 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, on Saturday, inspected the ongoing construction of the four-lane road leading to the upcoming Nepal Dry Port (Dryport) near the India-Nepal border at Banbasa. At the construction site, the Chief Minister reviewed the project's progress with officials and issued necessary directives to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

The road from Banbasa to the Nepal border is of immense strategic, commercial, and logistical importance. The construction of this project is being undertaken by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
