Dehradun, Dec. 18 -- Rs 33.22 crore sent online to accounts of beneficiaries

Dehradun, 17 Dec: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday distributed an amount of Rs 33.22 crore to the bank accounts of 3,848 beneficiaries under the Chief Minister's Self-Employment Scheme through online mode from his official residence, here.

He said that the state government is committed to ensuring that the youth of Uttarakhand become job creators, rather than job seekers. He stated that the Chief Minister's Self-Employment Scheme is one of the state's flagship initiatives, which has played a significant role in curbing migration, promoting reverse migration, and generating employment at the local level.
