DEHRADUN, 17 Jan: BJP leader Ravindra Jugran met Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal regarding the recent order passed by the Supreme Court concerning the areas of Bapu Gram, Meera Nagar, Malviya Nagar, Bees Bigha, Suman Vihar, Shivaji Nagar, Geeta Nagar, Amit Gram, Gumaniwala, Veerpur Khurd, and Nandu Farm.

During the meeting, Jugran informed the Forest Minister that a population of nearly 68,000 people, residing in these areas for the past 70 years, is being affected by the Supreme Court's order. He stated that the Supreme Court has presently sought a status report, asking for details of vacant land parcels, excluding the inhabited areas.
