Dehradun, Oct. 11 -- The keynote speaker, mental health expert Nishant (Mental Health Centre), used simple language and engaging activities to educate participants on how to reduce mental stress during their daily lives and work. Nishant said, "Mental health is not just a disease; it also affects our everyday thinking, work habits, and relationships. Mental health is as important for every individual as physical health." He also taught employees how to maintain mental balance through simple methods such as meditation, communication, and cooperation.
The seminar was attended by 110 employees of the Kin organisation and 42 waste pickers from the city. Participants showed keen interest in the topic and asked many questions.
