Dehradun, 12 Dec: Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) participated as the Chief Guest at the Sixth Convocation Ceremony of Uttaranchal University, here, on Friday. On this occasion, he presented medals and degrees to the graduating students, extended his best wishes to them, and wished them a bright future. The Governor also released the university's souvenir.

In his convocation address, the Governor said that this ceremony is not merely an occasion to award degrees, but a testament to the hard work and commitment of the students.
