Uttarkashi/Mori, 1 Jun: On the second day of his three-day tour of Uttarkashi district, State Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi visited the remote village of Ganchwan in Mori block. During the visit, he held direct interactions with local farmers and conducted an on-site inspection of apple orchards in the area.

The Minister appreciated the advanced horticultural techniques being adopted by the farmers and stated that the hilly regions of Uttarakhand have immense potential for apple cultivation. He assured the farmers that the state government is fully committed to providing all possible support to promote horticulture in these areas.
