Dehradun, Nov. 29 -- The 71st National Conference of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) was inaugurated today at the General Bipin Rawat Auditorium in Bhagwan Birsa Munda Nagar, set up at the Parade Grounds in Dehradun.
