Dehradun, March 15 -- So far, 59.34 lakh Ayushman cards have been issued in the state, benefiting more than 14 lakh people under the scheme. The government has spent Rs 2,688 crore to provide free healthcare services through Ayushman Bharat. To ensure that no resident of Uttarakhand is deprived of this facility, the government has set a target of issuing 100% Ayushman cards in the state.

Health and Medical Education Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat stated that the state government is continuously working to strengthen healthcare services and make medical facilities more accessible to the common people.
