DEHRADUN, April 6 -- The Debating Society of Sardar Bhagwan Singh University, Balawala, successfully concluded the 16th edition of the prestigious Sardar Gurcharan Singh Memorial National Debate Competition on Saturday. This year's thought-provoking theme, "Can Standardized Curricula Effectively Address the Diverse Needs of 21st Century Learners?" drew the participation of 43 teams and over 100 students from universities and institutes across the country.
