Dehradun, Feb. 10 -- 'Social activist' Anoop Nautiyal, while alleging gross mismanagement and disorder in the recently held Uttarakhand municipal elections, has termed these irregularities as extremely concerning for democracy. He has sent a detailed four-page letter to the President, along with 15 media reports, highlighting various irregularities that occurred during the elections.
