Mussoorie, June 18 -- After the closure of the Animal Birth Control (ABC) Centre in Mussoorie, there has been a huge increase in the number of stray dogs, which has caused concern among local residents. Regarding this problem, Municipal Councillor Jasbir Kaur submitted a memorandum to the Executive Officer of the Municipal Council, Rajneesh Dobriyal, in his office, today, demanding the reopening of the ABC Centre. The closure of Centre in Mussoorie has caused a hindrance in the process of sterilisation and vaccination of stray dogs.
