Dehradun, March 23 -- The grand Himalayan Utsav 2025, organised by the Kalashray Cultural and Social National Organisation, commenced today at Lychee Bagh, Dehradun, and will continue till 23 March. The event is aimed at promoting Indian classical music and the rich cultural heritage of the Himalayan region, and was inaugurated by the Mayor of Dehradun, Saurabh Thapliyal. He lit the ceremonial lamp to mark the opening of the festival and the Himalayan Vision Art Exhibition.
