'The debate the Liberian people deserve': Opposition Leader Flips Open Challenge to President

Monrovia, Aug. 18 -- Mr. Alexander B. Cummings, leader of the Collaborating Political Parties(CPP) is turning the tables on a debate call from President George Weah's Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, Mr. Nathaniel McGill, who over the weekend, threw an open challenge to the opposition leader.

Minister McGill, speaking in an interview with the Monrovia City Corporation TV, challenged Mr. Cummings to a debate. "I want to challenge the opposition chairperson to a debate. Let's go to a debate; let's be very civil, respect each other, let's go to debate.
