India, Nov. 10 -- The International Court of Justice has affirmed that countries must meet stringent legal obligations to limit global warming to 1.5degC, as outlined in the Paris Agreement.
This decision highlights the urgency for nations to enhance their climate pledges and reduce emissions.
The COP30 summit in Brazil presents a critical opportunity for countries to demonstrate their commitment to these targets and support vulnerable regions.
